How to use your school portal
Phone or computer. Big gold buttons. If you get stuck, Ask Miss Joyce or email helpdesk@helpmecareedu.com. Do not text a classmate for a password.
1. Open the door
Go to https://rize44.app/portals/student-portal.html
2. Sign in
- Email = your school address: firstname@helpmecareedu.net (not Gmail, not a work email).
- Password = the school password you were given. It is not printed here.
- Tap Sign In.
3. Start here
After you are in, use the gold tabs. August class should see:
- CLASSROOM — live Google Classroom. Class code is on that page. Join with the same school email.
- STUDY HALL · TODAY'S LESSON · GAME ENGINE
- ASK MR. B — school helper. Never asks for test answers.
- MILOMAIL — your school messages.
- ASK MISS JOYCE · MY MESSAGES · SUGGESTION BOX
4. Classroom
- Tap CLASSROOM.
- You should see the live August class (not the old shell class).
- Join with firstname@helpmecareedu.net — same as this portal.
5. Games and study
GAME ENGINE is for practice. Graded work opens when your instructor turns it on. If a tab is missing, sign out and sign in again. If it is still missing, tell Miss Joyce — do not make a new email.
If login fails
- Confirm the URL is student-portal.html (not the employee portal).
- Confirm the email ends in @helpmecareedu.net.
- Then ask your instructor or helpdesk. Do not create a new Gmail for school.
